The villa itself was huge and the garden was sooo beautiful. Our hosts, Roger and Maria, were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The breakfasts were awesome, with different options every day, and Roger really puts a lot of love into making them delicious. And oh my gosh, their dog Tobby was the friendliest dog EVER! We would totally recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet oasis away from the touristy beach towns.

The only thing we wished for was a bit more nightlife nearby. We're teenagers and we love to party, so it would have been cool if there were some young, happening places to go to in the evenings.

I chose Villa Selmunett because I wanted to visit Naxxar Parish Church, which was conveniently located nearby. However, I pleasantly discovered that the homestay can recommend the best local restaurants, which made my dining experience even better.
